Support Tickets - Slow for the Week

We will be answering the support tickets for the week, next week.  We (Christy and Ben) are traveling around this week checking a few options for "greening up" our operation and meeting with new flavoring suppliers.

Please note:  All support tickets (at any time) in regards to our payment system will receive an automated response. This is not an error, we do close our payment system when we have reached our order capability for the day (our ability to fill orders and ship them the next day).  The payment system opens at 8am CST everyday and remains open until our cap has been reached.

We understand the inconvenience of this issue but we are working on allowing for more orders over time (one of the main reasons we're traveling ATM)

Other support tickets will be answered in a timely fashion beginning next week (Monday).
