Not a candied apple flavor, this is more like a batch of fresh cut apples right before you prepare them as pie filling, sweet, fresh, and crisp with a slight sour finish.
This flavor didn't do it for me when I first tried it, but mix it in with some boba or tobacco flavors and it is great. I add this to my every day juices when I start to get tired of them.
